Where Our Trains Deliver Classic American Food!
All Aboard The Choo-Choo Charlie Express
There was a time when train passenger service routinely offered a dining car experience. Many train stations also featured dining rooms for the traveling public. Today both are almost nonexistent but there are exceptions such as Choo-Choo Charlies, located in the historic Metra train station just west of Downtown Kenosha. Back in time this station was part of the Chicago Northwestern system. Trains would take travelers to far off destinations.
Today commuters pass through our station on their way to Chicago. At Choo-Choo Charlies our trains leave the kitchen delivering classic American fare. With the exception of an occasional derailment you will find Choo-Choo Charlies a fun place for a bite to eat. And for many the Metra station is becoming a destination for diners looking for a great tasting breakfast, lunch or dinner.

A Delicious Selection of Classic American Food
Went to Choo Choo Charlie's for the first time today. It was wonderful. The kids loved the trains going around the restaurant and all of The food was delicious. We had cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets and cheese curds and all were juicy and full of flavor. We were not expecting that for a "kids"/family restaurant. The best part was the brownie sundae. The brownie was delicious, warm and melted in your mouth. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. It's a great place for families and kids or anyone for that matter. So glad to see new places like this opening in Kenosha. We most definitely will be back.Jen H.
Wow, I'm impressed! I brought my girlfriend's daughter and her best friend and we all had a blast. The train delivering food is a cool sight, the kids couldn't get enough of the crazy mirrors.Qunn G.
